It was very loud. Ventilation noise with slightly opened window (no A/C) non-stop. Very small room. Restaurant completely closed from breakfast to evening due to private event.

I was blown away by the exceptional service at Vernet Champs Elysees. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location, just a stone's throw away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, couldn't have been better. The room was beautifully decorated and pristine, providing a true sense of French flair. Despite a small wardrobe and limited bathroom lighting, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel's bar and restaurant were welcoming and offered excellent service. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the fresh flower arrangements throughout the hotel. Although the continental breakfast could have been more varied, the caring team and wonderful atmosphere made up for it. I highly recommend Vernet Champs Elysees for anyone seeking an absolutely beautiful hotel with a great location and genuine French charm.

What I liked most in this hotel is its location. It is very near to the champs elysees street. I also liked the types of rooms and their furniture. The most important thing is the hotel security which is up to standard.

I do not have anything against this hotel.

Excellent location by Avenue de Champs Elysee and proximity to Arc de T. and Eiffel Tour. Easy ride from cdg Airport - taxi drivers could easily find it.

Room buzz in the room on first night and we could not sleep because of that. Switched to another room but made no consideration of room credit for this very inconvenient move. Hallways and room sometimes had an offensive odor to them ( raw sewage) even though we did not come at a hot time of June. For the price of this hotel, we did not receive the value nor luxury that we had in the past. Our second visit to this Hotel was very disappointing - would not recommend to other travellers.

The hotel's contemporary interior design by François Champsaur is absolutely stunning, paying tribute to Parisian elegance and French craftsmanship. The opulent bathrooms with Carrara marble and brass taps are divine. The bar has an intimate atmosphere, perfect for sipping champagne.

Could have done without the construction noise and those see-through curtains. Oh well, entertained the neighbors!

The quiet and the service, free internet

My electronic key had to be changed three times. But they were very nice about it

Location is centrally located close the the main attractions and shopping areas. And within less than 100 meters than the champs Elysee st and George iv.

The lack of flexibility in reservation: due to business reasons, we tried to post pond arrival by one day, the hotel didn't allow that and insisted to charge for the first day as reserved. The cancellation policy is clear that no refund if you cancel reservation, but it doesn't address postponing by one day. I felt the hotel should be flexible in this issue.

The location was perfect, just minutes away from Champs-Elysees and close to designer shops and restaurants. The room was clean, recently renovated, and the bed was excellent. The staff provided friendly and excellent service and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was in the heart of the city and close to transportation.

No issues. This hotel provided a fantastic stay.

The rooms are larger than average for Paris standards. The concierge staff was very attentive and helped me with several requests, including hard-to-find tickets for a temporay exhibit at one of the museums.

Luxurious hotel with very comfortable rooms. Service was excellent with very helpful staff.

Breakfast was rather expensive for not much food (20 euro pp for coffee, juice and a small basket of bread rolls).
